On the first day of the training, Professor Shi Wanyu from the School of Veterinary Medicine at Hebei Agricultural University gave a lecture on the topic of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in veterinary theory. He combined classic prescriptions with products from Jinkun Pharmaceutical to provide an in-depth explanation of the nature, taste, meridian tropism, and application of traditional Chinese medicine, helping trainees solidify their theoretical foundation and enhance their practical abilities in product application and solution.

Chairman Wang Hongyu conducted an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing the current industry, and combined with the company’s development, clearly outlined the strategic planning for the next stage, providing specific directions for the company in product layout, market strategy, and team building.

In the specialized technical training session, several technical teachers from the company gave explanations on the pain points of aquaculture. Teacher Cao Xiuliang shared prevention and control strategies for respiratory diseases in autumn and winter; Teacher Gu Yulan conducted an analysis on the immunization medication program for young chickens; Teacher Liu Yuan explained the key points for preventing and treating Mycoplasma synovitis in broiler chickens; Teacher Wang Lanbo systematically sorted out the entire medication process and dosage specifications for laying hens, providing practical reference for frontline business personnel.

During the training period, each regional team also held work meetings to summarize the previous work, analyze existing problems, and clarify the business goals and execution plans for the next stage, further consolidating consensus and strengthening team collaboration.
